Willem Borsboom
Chair
Willem is a Design for Interaction student who focuses on making (new) technologies fulfill human needs. With a human-centered approach and a strong understanding of context, he ensures that designs integrate seamlessly into their environment. As chair of Flight Case, he helps the team members to display their individual strengths. Willem believes that working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams leads to creative and out-of-the-box solutions by bringing in diverse perspectives.

Irene Ploch
Secretary
Irene's attitude as a designer towards life is best represented by the word multidisciplinarity. With a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, where she specialised in contemporary sculpture and participatory art, and now a Master's in Strategic Product Design with a core in technological innovation, she takes a broad view to tackle contemporary challenges. Privately, Irene enjoys quiet walks in nature, surfing, getting to know new cultures, reading books and her personal artistic endeavours, balancing introspection and her way of interacting with her environment.
Stijn van Kleef

Stijn is a strategic product designer with a holistic perspective, focusing on the "why." Skilled at seeing the bigger picture with a pragmatic approach, navigating complex systems and stakeholder networks. Excels at identifying the essence of challenges and uncovering the true problem.
Nanthesh S J
Treasurer
Nanthesh is an Industrial Designer with a background in mechanical engineering, currently pursuing a master’s in Integrated Product Design at TU Delft. He thrives in collaborative environments, blending sustainability, technology, and functionality to develop innovative healthcare solutions. With expertise in research, usability testing, and product development, he aims to bridge emerging technologies with user-centered design. Beyond academics, he enjoys photography, travel, fitness, and cinema, constantly seeking inspiration from the world around him.
Delia Silva Valenzuela
Publicity
Delia is a Strategic Product Design student with a broad range of skills, from product design and engineering to graphic design, branding, and marketing. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to approach design challenges from multiple perspectives, creating holistic solutions that could enhance value across systems. As Commissioner of Publicity, she is responsible for managing communication resources and facilitating effective engagement between the committee, students, and companies.

Kjell Zijm
Board responsible
As an Integrated Product Design student, Kjell prioritize user-centric design, considering the needs and experiences of individuals, while also bringing value to people, their surroundings, and sustainability. He is driven by learning through hands-on experiences, incorporating social elements into his designs. With his designs, he strives to create impactful solutions that positively influence people, society, and their environments. As a commissioner of Education Master of the ID Study Association board, he guides the committee and is responsible for the internal communion.

Dr. R. (Roy) Bendor
Roy Bendor is Associate Professor of Critical Design in the Department of Human-Centered Design at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, where he also directs the Design for Interaction (DfI) Master’s program. His research explores the capacity of design to disclose alternative social, political and environmental futures. Roy is also Fellow of the Urban Futures Studio at Utrecht University, former editor of the sustainability forum in the ACM’s magazine Interactions, and author of Interactive Media for Sustainability (Palgrave, 2018).
